..dropping a needle in the proverbial google haystack (which is of course quite big) and waiting for an employee to roll over it.
I have a question about my blog and I'm wondering.. wtf.
A lot of business models out there have great customer service methods - the newest I've been seeing a lot of is 'satisfaction something' .. anyway - we'll see how long it takes before I get someone to pull the needle and react.
