I'm starting to like top ten lists... According to Harvard Business School, these are the righteous E-mail "commandments" we should all pray to follow... and I say hallelujah!

Then, by God, ..as the Converted E-mail Evangelist you know you have become, (and if not, *gasp!*, you better - I mean, it is Harvard speaking... hello!) ..we shall follow these rules given to us, and also preach forward! (yeh!) ..to evv-ery person (yeh oh-yeh!) ..that lays finger(s) to the keyboard (sing it sisters and brothers!) ..to follow the Harvard heavenly rules of E-communication by E-mail. (Amen!)

The Crimson have even gone the extra-mile and given us eleven! I love the driven... Now here we go:

The Eleven Commandments of E-mail
1. Use e-mail only when it's the most efficient channel for your need.
2. Never print your e-mail.
3. Send nothing over e-mail that must be error-free.
4. Never delete names from your address book.
5. Never forward chain e-mail.
6. Never send e-mail when you're furious or exhausted.
7. Don't pass on rumor or innuendo about real people.
8. Nor should you do so about companies you work for or may work for one day.
9. Never substitute e-mail for a necessary face-to-face meeting.
10. Remember this hierarchy: first the meeting, then the phone call, then the voice mail, then the e-mail.
11. Your e-mail is hackable and retrievable, and it can be used against you. Use only when absolutely necessary.

My 8125 Cingular Microsoft Windows Mobile Device is my salvation. There are so many useful programs which keep my life accountable if I were to ever be without my Shiny Silver LCD Technological Companion just fuddle me up on the next cart and call me Ms. Amish.

I've downloaded an exhaustive list of third-party toys which are really the lifeblood of my mere mortal human system. A partial list I will compile at my next earliest convenience (the object of another post)... but I must label at least one for your curiosity. My favorite download is that of a book, found in the public domain (Gutenberg), written by Oscar Wilde. The Picture of Dorian Gray makes learning to write a simple joy. Pure Genius! Which brings me to the dominant matter of this post: Mobile E-Learning. Mobile Devices are it. The real deal.. The cats meow.. a viable way to reach the total mass of information users. Those of you denying this are doomed with peril for your direction! You will see.... I am a great example. I have grown accustom to my little screen (big for most mobile phones); I suppose it's just enough for the amount of information I wish to access (on short spouts) and it's information I want and am willing to make happen under my fingertips. EDUBlogs.org 10 Reasons Handheld Learning Roks gives articulate and engaging dialog to exponentiate exactly what I am talking about. Here however is the short list without the details: 1. Ownership.
2. Ubiquity.
3. Mobility of Use.
4. Always On, Always “Logged On”.

6. Battery Life.
7. Features and Convergence.
8. Cost.
9. Industry Alignment.

This year Daylight Savings will begin at 2 a.m. on March 11. Microsoft has sent me a nice link (and reminder) which I will now share with you so you also may prepare for the United States Energy Policy Act of 2005. Microsoft's Daylight Saving Time Help and Support Center is here to help! along with another post of mine : Give me One Hour which is kinda sorta funny... I missed a business appointment because I had been terrible to remember this little life tribulation so finally! (at 35...) I decided I had better smarten up to the world of business. Up until this point I guess, well, it was just a funny scenerio when I was an hour early or late... I'm a blond, what can I say?

But I grew out of that (not the blond-hair part - but the blond-duh-I'm-early-I'm-late part!) so now I will share my new sense with all of you who have ever found yourself in the same connundrum.

I have been one hour early and one hour late just one too many times; I'm now golden: Daylight Savings Reference Guide

Outlook and my cellphone are my two new best friends; I thought I liked them before. Now they will inform me that Daylight Savings time will occur on... (input date and time here) ...ding ding, notify, notify.
